Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Personal care and hygiene products after opening.
Products returned after the allowed return period.

If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through available payment methods such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, incorrect, or the issue occurred due to an error from LeloBazar or our fulfillment partner.
5. Product Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for products that:
